Ox Flooring are superb. They supplied and fitted a new Cavalier carpet in my living room, which subsequently started showing some slightly darker patches. Even though the carpet was almost a year old, Ox Flooring came over and looked at it, told me it was something called “pile reversal”, took photos, talked to the manufacturer on my behalf, and get the entire carpet replaced at no charge (including their fitting time).  You just don’t get better service than that, and I’ll not be going anywhere else for flooring products in the future.
